Designed the shift of Creo+ licensing and distribution from a manual, on-prem process to an easy-to-use SaaS model. Took full ownership of the Creo+ client and Creo Admin Center, partnering with the Atlas and design system teams for consistency, design speed, and a user-friendly experience. Shifted focus to Creo+ real-time collaboration as the product matured, working with development, PMs, and stakeholders to balance legacy constraints, development limitations, and user needs. Ran user research to uncover usability gaps, then designed new collaboration workflows that realigned the environment with users' actual mental models. Owned real-time collaboration's commenting capabilities end-to-end, work that set the ground for Jetstream's core collaboration and commenting features.
